The Parents' Association meet every 2nd Tuesday of the month at 9pm at the school and also via a Zoom link.

We also publish PA news and information on :-

• Facebook - We run a closed FB Group that all parents/guardians are welcome to join.
• WhatsApp - Each Class has a WhatsApp group which is run by the Class Rep. You will be asked if you want to join this. 
• Email - If you have given permission to contact, we may also contact you via email. Our email address is SkrynePA@gmail.com

 

PA WhatsApp Rules

1. Be nice to Each Other - as we would say to our kids, treat each other with courtesy and respect.
2. No Sales or Promotions - if in doubt, please contact your Class Rep.
3. Be Safe - please do not post any personal details and/or any pictures/photos of pupils.
4. We are the Parents Association - this group is run by the PA and as such is for PA issues or school related questions. If you have a particular concern with regard to the school or your child’s individual experience with the school, contact Scoil Cholmcille N.S. directly either via your child's teacher or the Principal.
5. Please do not screenshot/forward emails sent to you individually from your child's Teacher, the Principal or other member of school staff to the Group.
6. Parents and Guardians Only - this group is for parents and guardians of pupils of Scoil Cholmcille N.S. only.
7. Group messages - please be mindful of each individual receiving notifications for every message. Therefore, keep ‘chat' relevant and to a minimum.
8. Mind the clock - please avoid messages after 10pm and before 7am.
9. The Group Admin for this group (the Class Rep) reserves the right to remove members and particular posts if rules are broken. If in doubt or you have any queries, please contact your Class Rep or the PA.
